Reservations and quotes
Quoted fares are estimates based on the addresses, vehicle and trip details you provide. A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our dispatch team. Changes to pickup location, stops, or timing may adjust the final fare.
Minimum fare
A $75 minimum applies to all point-to-point bookings. Airport transfers are quoted at published flat rates starting from the amounts shown on our pricing and airport pages.
Wait time
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual landing time. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate for your selected vehicle.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations inside 12 hours, and no-shows, may be charged up to the full quoted fare.
Passenger conduct and vehicle care
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Passengers are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused during the ride. Chauffeurs may end a trip where behaviour is unsafe or unlawful.
Luggage, child seats and accessibility
Luggage capacity is listed per vehicle; please confirm oversized items in advance. Child seats are provided at no charge when requested at booking. Contact us to discuss accessibility needs before you reserve.
Liability
We are fully licensed and insured. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other events outside our reasonable control, though we plan every trip to minimise their impact.
