When you request a quote or book a ride we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses, travel dates, passenger count, and any special requests you provide. If you contact our AI concierge we also store the contact details you enter there.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to quote, schedule, dispatch and confirm your transportation, to send booking confirmations and trip updates, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Google Maps for distance and route calculation, our secure booking database, and email and SMS delivery services. These providers process your data only as needed to deliver the service.
Data retention and security
Booking records are retained for accounting and service-history purposes. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to authorised staff.
