How far in advance should I book?

For airport runs and corporate travel, 24 hours' notice is ideal — but we accept same-day and last-minute reservations 24/7. Call dispatch for immediate service.

Which airports do you serve?

SFO (San Francisco), SJC (San Jose Mineta), OAK (Oakland), SMF (Sacramento), and FAT (Fresno Yosemite). Flat rates from Manteca start at $130.

Do you track my flight?

Yes. Every airport pickup includes real-time flight tracking. If your flight is delayed or early, we adjust automatically at no extra charge — with a generous complimentary wait window.

How does your pricing work?

Point-to-point trips are calculated live via Google Maps distance and duration, then multiplied by a vehicle-tier factor. Airport transfers use published flat rates. A $75 minimum applies to all bookings.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee; no-shows are billed in full.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected at pickup — Stripe or PayPal on file, or in person via card. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly with net-15 terms.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. NG Executive Transportation LLC is fully licensed for-hire in California and carries commercial liability insurance well above state minimums. Certificates available on request.

Can I request a specific driver?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Corporate clients frequently request the same driver for continuity — just note the request when booking or ask dispatch.

Do you offer child seats?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Booster, forward-facing, and rear-facing car seats are available at no extra charge — please request when booking so we can prepare the vehicle.

What if I need to make multiple stops?

Multi-stop and hourly-as-directed itineraries are welcome. Use the Notes field when booking or call dispatch to plan your day.

Do you accept tips?

Accepted Answer

Gratuity is appreciated but never expected. A 15–20% tip is customary if you feel your driver earned it.
